Remarks: The 4510th CCTW was renumbered from the 3600th CCTW after that unit’s transfer from ATC to TAC in July of 1958. The 4510th was the main F-100 training unit for the USAF. The 4511th CCTS specialized in instrument training, and the 4516th CCTS was the academics squadron. In October of 1969, the 4510th was renumbered as the 58th TFTW, and three of its remaining F-100 squadrons were also renumbered.
