Remarks: After receiving their F-100Ds, the wing had numerous world-wide deployments in the late 1950s though the mid-1960s. By 1968 the wing’s squadrons had been assigned elsewhere, primarily in SEA. It was moved on paper to Kunsan AB, Korea to replace the deployed 4th TFW during the Pueblo Crisis. Two ANG F-100C units were assigned, the 127th TFS and the 166th TFS. In 1969 the F-100s returned to the states, ending the 354th TFW’s association with the Hun.
