Remarks: Called to active duty due to the Pueblo Crisis and deployed to Phan Rang AB, South Vietnam from May 1968 until April 1969. Flew 5,905 combat missions while attached to the 35th TFW. Returned to state control in April of 1969. Upgraded to F-100D in 1971, then converted to the A-7D in 1974.
